Material Preparation, Processing, and Dosing – Dispensing Systems
C-DS / C-DS+ Compact Dispensing System

A flexible, project-adaptable material processing and dispensing system designed for handling 1- and 2-component potting, sealing, bonding, or even foam sealing materials. It can be used as a manual workstation, integrated into machining cells, or combined with robotic applications. The system can be equipped, as required, with large material containers, heated and day tanks with mixer, material recirculation, static or dynamic mixing heads, and Beckhoff or Siemens control systems. Optional modules include camera-based inspection, barcode or RFID identification, plasma treatment units, etc. This material system can be installed in inline production cells, connected to 3- or 6-axis robots, and integrated into fully automated systems. Various digital interfaces ensure seamless connectivity with PLCs, MES, and other external enterprise systems. Thanks to the Rampf HMI system, easy programming, real-time graphical production monitoring, and even mobile phone access are available.

Complex Dispensing Systems and Robots

DC-CNC 250 Desktop Dispensing Cell

A desktop dispensing system designed for small and medium production series. It is suitable for processing 1- and 2-component abrasive, thermally conductive pastes, solder pastes, resins, adhesives, and other paste-like materials. The user-friendly 15” display, integrated control PC, and lift door ensure simple and safe operation. Equipped with a cartridge-based material reservoir, a servo-electric piston system, a static mixing nozzle, and a dispensing head monitoring system, it guarantees a processing workflow that meets high standards and application-specific requirements.

MC Multi-Purpose, Multifunctional Dispensing Cell

This universal MC dispensing cell offers customized dispensing solutions with various work area sizes and configurations, suitable for both static and dynamic processing of 1 – and 2 component materials. Thanks to its modular expandability, the system is ideal for small and medium production series and can be scaled up efficiently for higher volumes as production increases. Product handling can be realized through a continuous work surface, split sliding tables, rotary tables, or even conveyor systems. The dispensing head can be mounted on either a 3-axis or 6-axis robot, depending on the geometry of the product. Operation is supported by intuitive Rampf HMI, with control options available through Beckhoff or Siemens platforms.

DC-CNC 800 Compact Dispensing Cell

A flexibly expandable machining cell, primarily designed for dispensing 2-component resins, adhesives, and sealing materials. With high-speed 3-axis head movement and integrated control, it can operate as a standalone production unit or be integrated into customer production line. The material processing system is project-specific and can include static or dynamic mixing, piston, or gear pump technologies. For processing certain materials, it can be equipped with heated, vacuum-based mixing, and recirculating – foaming material systems. The unit can also be fitted with manual or automatic part handling, surface cleaning/activation modules, curing ovens, and other project-specific options.

DC-CNC 1150 Dispensing Cell

A large-format dispensing cell suitable for mixing and dispensing from 1 up to 4-component materials. It can be equipped with two mixing heads and other options to increase productivity. It is ideal for the precision dispensing of adhesives, sealants, and potting compounds, especially in medium to high-volume production. Its integrated material preparation and processing system enables bubble-free dispensing. The head cleaning and other inspection stations support high-quality dispensing performance. The machine can be controlled by either Siemens or Beckhoff systems, allowing easy integration with other enterprise systems. The Rampf HMI interface ensures intuitive programming and user-friendly operation. For custom project requirements, it can be expanded with plasma cleaning, conveyor systems, RFID-equipped pallets, camera-based inspection, as well as thermal or UV curing ovens.

MC-EASY Compact Dispensing Cell 

The MC-EASY is an entry-level dispensing cell that offers an optimal solution even for small production series thanks to its compact size, versatile applications, and cost-effective operation. Designed for 1- and 2-component materials. The unit is equipped with a static mixing system and a dispensing robot. It can operate as a standalone system or be integrated into a production line. User-friendly and fast operation thanks to the Fruitcore robot programming, which provides real-time, 3D visualization of the robot’s movements.
The Beckhoff-controlled system is suitable for sealing, bonding, and gap-filling materials. Optional accessories include various material storage options – from small cartridges to 200 L barrel – as well as material weighing systems, dispensing head monitoring, and cleaning units.

DR-CNC Dispensing Robot 

An ideal dispensing technology solution for complex bonding, sealing, and potting applications. Available in various X, Y, Z axis dimensions. This dispensing robot offers extensive capabilities for 3D processing tasks. It can be combined with a conveyor system, top/bottom or side-by-side sliding worktables, allowing for flexible integration into production environments. Thanks to the FlexSpeed system, production speed can be multiplied without compromising quality. Its material processing system can be equipped with special geometry mixing units, temperature-controlled material feeding, and recirculation components, ensuring bubble- and sediment-free dispensing. The Rampf HMI and mobile control panel provide easy programming, integrated process monitoring, and flexible operation.

DC-VAC Vacuum Dispensing System

This vacuum dispensing cell is specifically designed for the bubble-free dispensing of 1- and 2-component potting resins under vacuum conditions. The cell features a recirculating material conditioning system, a material-specific dispensing head, a 400 × 400 × 50 mm vacuum chamber, and is equipped with a Siemens Sinumerik control system. The vacuum chamber can be used with manual or automatic part feeding and includes a large viewing window for monitoring the dispensing process. Process control ensures proper preparation of material components, with heated mixing in pressurized day tanks when needed. The heated recirculation system ensures that the material remains homogeneous throughout the entire dispensing process. Optional features include dayli tank monitoring, vacuum levels, shot size and weight control, and big-barrel material storage solutions.
